Thomas University offers on-campus housing for full-time students at two locations.
The Pinetree Residence Hall is located at 126 E. Pinetree Blvd. There are 33 units in this dorm. Each unit houses two students with a shared bathroom. This residence hall houses TU’s dining hall, a free laundry facility, a game room, and a common area. Pinetree Residence Hall costs $3,520 per semester. A Full Meal Plan is included in this cost.
Pinetree units include two twin XL beds, two dressers, a desk and chair for each student. Cable service is provided in each room. Residents must supply their own television.
Pinetree has a common area, dining facility, washer/dryer (free for residents) and a game room.
Two residence halls are located on TU’s Magnolia Campus at 1500 Magnolia St. Each unit is a quad with four bedrooms (one student per bedroom), two bathrooms, a kitchen, common area, and a washer and dryer in each quad. Magnolia Residence Halls cost $3,000 per semester. This fee does NOT include a meal plan.
Each room has one XL double bed, nightstand, desk, dresser, closet and flat screen TV with cable service.
Magnolia quads offer a full size kitchen with a range, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table and chairs. An in-unit washer and dryer, flat screen TV in the living room with cable service and furnished living room (couch, chairs and coffee table).
Shuttle service is provided for all students 7:30 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday from the residence halls to the Magnolia Campus and the Forbes Campus. Shuttles run every 15 minutes.
The shuttle provides transportation for residential students (upon request) to Walmart every Friday morning. This request must be made to the Housing Manager at least 24 hours in advance.
*Due to all classes being taught online in the Fall 2020, the shuttle service will not be running its normal schedule. However, this service will be made available to students upon request on Fridays. If you wish to go to Walmart or other stores to purchase necessities, you will need to contact Thomas University Housing Manager, Samantha Gilbert, at email@example.com to let her know you will need this service.

On-campus housing is assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Although an applicant may request a particular dorm, there is no guarantee that their request can be fulfilled because there are several factors that go into assigning/placing a student in a dorm. Students interested in housing should complete the application below, including the $300 room reservation fee, as soon as possible. Space is limited to the first 134 completed applications.
