Men’s Football Offensive Coordinator
Thomas University, a member of the NAIA Sun Conference, located in Thomasville, Georgia, is seeking applicants for the position of Offensive Coordinator for the football program.
Job Description:
The Offensive Coordinator will report to the Head Football Coach, and will be responsible for organization, administration, coaching a position group, and practice planning (skill development, and strategy’s), fund raising, and student-athlete recruitment, and retention for the men’s football team, and additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will recruit, develop, and execute the team’s offensive game plan. This includes crafting the overall offensive strategy’s, creating a playbook, and making in-game adjustments to exploit the defensive weaknesses. This coach will be responsible for coaching the WR’s, or QB’s and may be involved in personnel decisions.
Education Required: Bachelor’s degree required. Experience:
3 – 5 years’ experience within a Professional, Collegiate, or High School football program.
Compensation:
Salary is commensurate with experience based on the Department scale.
