Flowers Foods and Thomas University have partnered to provide employees and their dependents access to degree programs as well as non-credit certification preparation training.
How it works:
Degree Programs
Choose from over 50 degree programs in business, education, social work, computer systems management, data intelligence, creative technologies and more! Click here for more information on our degree programs.
- Employees and dependents (as described in the Flowers Foods, Inc. Eligibility Guidelines for Benefits) are guaranteed admission bachelor and graduate degrees provided they meet minimum admission requirements.
- Programs are available both online and on-campus in Thomasville, GA.
- Attend part- time (6-11 credits) per semester and receive $1,000 scholarship per semester fall, spring and summer.
- Attend full-time (12 credits or more) and receive up to $2,500 scholarship for fall and spring semesters.

Note: All other scholarships and grants will be applied to the student’s balance prior to the TU scholarship. The TU scholarship will not exceed the amount of the account balance.
Online Certification Preparation
Our on-demand training is specifically designed for busy, working professionals who wish to build skills to advance their careers. Training is offered in a variety of formats including virtual real-time, online mentored, and online self-paced. On-ground training is available for selected topics in groups of 10 or more.
