Director of Steel Bands

DESCRIPTION:

Thomas University an independent, not-for-profit, institution of higher education with undergraduate and graduate programs in Thomasville, Georgia seeks applicants for a Director of Steel Bands. This is a part-time, non-benefits-eligible position.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated success developing and leading high performing steel band ensembles
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s preferred
• Previous teaching experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work cooperatively with all constituents
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
