Strategic Plan

In 2023, the University finalized a new 5-year strategic plan. This plan outlines TU’s framework for moving in a new direction to respond to the identified educational needs of our region.

The challenges and opportunities for Thomas University fall into five overarching themes: educational opportunities, industry-university engagement, sponsored research and philanthropy, workforce development and affordability and quality.
