Housing

Every student needs a home away from home. A place not only to study and sleep, but a place to relax, make new friends, build a community, and make memories that last a lifetime. Thomas University Residence Life strives to help residents do all this in a safe, welcoming environment. With the support of our dedicated staff, TU Residence Life helps our Night Hawks to flourish in all aspects of campus life!

Housing Assignments

Accepted students are able to log in to the TU Student Portal (HawkLink) and complete a Housing Application and pay the non-refundable reservation fee. Students will not be considered for housing assignment until they have completed the Housing Application and paid the fee.

Students are housed on a first-come, first-served basis. Although TU Residence Life will do its best to accommodate student requests for a particular residence hall, room or roommate, please understand that TU Residence Life cannot guarantee that all requests will be granted. Once residence hall spaces are filled, students may choose to be placed on a waiting list. These students will be notified through their TU email if a residence hall has an opening occur.

Off-Campus Housing

While we are excited for you to be staying with us on-campus, housing is limited and often fills up. The link below contains off-campus housing options that may be of use to those students who need external housing. TU offers the list of off-campus options as a service to its students and in no way is affiliated with or endorses the living options listed.
