Each room has one XL double bed, nightstand, desk, dresser, closet and flat screen TV.
Magnolia quads offer a full size kitchen with a range, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen table and chairs. An in-unit washer and dryer, flat screen TV in the living room and furnished living room (couch, chairs and coffee table).
Accepted students are able to log in to the TU Student Portal (HawkLink) and complete a Housing Application and pay the reservation fee.
Although an applicant may request a particular dorm, there is no guarantee that their request can be fulfilled because there are several factors that go into assigning/placing a student in a dorm. Students interested in housing should complete the housing application in HawkLink, including the $300 room reservation fee, as soon as possible.
