Head Women’s Flag Football Coach

Thomas University, a member of the NAIA, located in Thomasville, Georgia, is seeking applicants for the position of Head Women’s Flag Football Coach.

Job Description:

The Head Women’s Flag Football Coach will report to the Athletic Director and will be responsible for organization, administration, coaching and practice planning (skill development and strategy), fund raising, and student-athlete recruitment and retention for the Women’s Flag Football Team. Additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

The applicant should possess strong communication skills, both oral and written, experience with and an excellent working knowledge of Flag Football training techniques appropriate for intercollegiate student athletes. General knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PC computers. Flexible schedule in order to work early morning hours, weekends and or nights is required.

Education Required:

Bachelor’s degree is required. Master’s degree preferred.

Experience:

3-4 years’ experience within a collegiate or high school flag football coaching setting.

Compensation:

Salary is commensurate with experience based on the Department scale.
