Progress Report - Student Athlete
Faculty and Adjunct Instructors,
Our academic progress reporting process has changed for student-athletes. Thank you in advance for your assistance in helping us increase the chances of academic success for our student-athletes.
Here’s how the new process will work:
· 3 times during each semester the student athlete will send you a reminder email requesting that you complete the following report
· Please complete the form and click submit
· The progress report will be automatically submitted to the athletics department
The reason for sending out the progress reports early was to be proactive and make sure the student-athletes were attending class and had the books and materials needed for their classes.
Fall 2014 Dates: Student athletes email reports to their instructors.
1. On or before ( January 31 )
2. On or before ( February 28 )
3. On or before ( March 31 )
Fall 2014 Dates: For instructors to fill out and return reports to athletic dept.
1. On or before ( February 7 )
2. On or before ( March 10 )
3. On or before ( April 7 )
