For the 2016-2017 Academic Year

Do you wish to live in University Housing? If so, please complete and submit the following housing application (along with the $300 Room Reservation Fee) to secure your space. Your Room Reservation Fee requests a space in university housing. After the student is assigned and moves on to campus, the fee will be credited to the students’ total charges for the semester. Please note that all housing consideration is based on a first-come/first-served basis and placement is contingent upon unit availability. Once capacity is met, students applying for housing will be placed on our wait-list for an available room - do not wait until the last minute to apply for housing if you wish to live on campus!

Please note: Housing applications cannot be considered for placement until the $300 Room Reservation Fee has been received and the student has been accepted to the University - payment can be made via credit card either online (click the "Pay My Bill" tab- enter STUDENT HOUSING as the student ID if choosing to pay via this method) or through the TU Business Office at: 229-227-6883 or via check and/or Money Order (made payable to: Thomas University). The Room Reservation fee is NOT A DEPOSIT. The fee will be deducted from the first semester's total charges.
