The O*NET Dictionary of Occupational Titles is a vast electronic treasure trove of facts and figures on almost every job in the economy, and is based on information from the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Census Bureau, and other reliable sources. It contains descriptions of 950 jobs, covering almost 100% of the workforce, from the Department of Labor’s vast Occupational Information Network database. The website below contains the most current data on earnings, growth, education, and training needed for the jobs listed. The job descriptions are organized by the Standard Occupational Classification system, which arranges job titles into clusters for easy browsing or research.
