Simply follow these five steps and get set to live in one of our vibrant and highly diverse student communities. Housing and  Residence Life strives to provide something for everyone!

Step 2:  Read the Housing Policies in Appendix A of the Student Handbook.

Step 3:  Make a Payment online -OR- mail a check or money order (including your student identification number) for your $300 Room Reservation Fee to:

Thomas University Business Office
Attention: Residence Life

Thomas University requires a record of immunization for students residing in housing and students enrolled in Nursing and Medical Laboratory Science programs. Measles, mumps, and rubella immunizations are required. Tetanus-diphtheria, varicella, hepatitis B, and meningitis vaccinations are recommended. Georgia law requires that you receive a meningitis vaccination or waive this immunization. Resident students failing to submit necessary documentation may be prohibited from entering campus until such paperwork is received. The record of immunization will be kept on file and will be valid throughout the tenure of the student’s enrollment. This policy is in place to ensure that students are protected against communicable diseases that are preventable and to reduce the likelihood of an epidemic or threatened epidemic on the Thomas University campus.

Return the Certificate of Immunization to: Student Life, Thomas University 1501 Millpond Road Thomasville, GA 31792

Returning Students

Returning students who wish to return to housing for another year should reapply each academic year and a Room Reservation Fee must be submitted per academic year.
