Commencement Ceremony Tickets and Graduation Survey

We hope that you will share your graduation with your family and friends. Due to a record number of graduates, each graduating student may receive TWO tickets for reserved seating. You must RSVP to by March 30, 2018 or your tickets will be released for distribution through the additional ticket request process. Beginning April 3, 2017, you will be able to submit a request  for two additional tickets via the Additional Ticket Request form on the Commencement Information webpage . These additional tickets will be limited in number and available only on a first come, first serve basis. Please note that guests without a ticket may attend the outdoor ceremony if they bring their own chair and sit outside of the reserved ticketed section in the Historic Quad. In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the Magnolia Campus Gym, where there is limited seating and only guests with a ticket will be able to attend. Regardless of where the ceremony is held, it will be livestreamed on the web and recorded for viewing by family members and friends who are not able to attend . The link for the livestream and recording will be posted on the Commencement Information page by May.

In order to receive your tickets, you must complete a Graduating Student Survey and, if applicable, Financial Aid Exit Counseling. You will receive, via email, a unique code that unlocks the Graduation survey for you in late April. You will then receive a unique confirmation when the survey is completed. You must print and bring your confirmation  page to the Office of the Registrar in order to receive your tickets. If you are a distance student or unable to come to campus to pick up your tickets, please bring your survey confirmation to Friday’s rehearsal or Saturday’s Will-Call table. Tickets will not be distributed without verification that you have completed the survey. No tickets will be mailed.

ATTENTION ALL GRADUATES WHO HAVE FEDERAL LOANS: You MUST complete Exit Counseling when you are no longer attending college in order to be prepared to repay your federal student loan. Please go to, select Complete Exit Counseling and follow the instructions provided. For a Guide to Exit Counseling, please visit
