Nicaragua

Thomas University has entered into an articulation agreement with Ave Maria College of the Americas, located in San Marcos, Nicaragua. Students at both institutions can participate in an exchange program without the barrier of language. Ave Maria College is a private, four-year institution that meets all U.S. academic standards and offers classes in English. TU science students have been performing field work in Nicaragua, and specific exchange programs are being developed. Ave Maria students are especially interested in Thomas University's social work and MBA programs; TU students can take advantage of Ave Maria's Latin American studies program and also have the chance to study Spanish extensively.
