Social Sciences
The Thomas University social sciences degree is an interdisciplinary program leading to either a bachelor of arts or a bachelor of science degree.
Students take a wide range of courses in many different fields. Upper division courses include history and political science, psychology, sociology, statistics, archaeology and cultural anthropology. The program is designed for those seeking a broad background in the social and behavioral sciences. The degree is suitable for traditional students planning to seek entry-level positions in government or private industry or planning to enter graduate school, and non-traditional students such as mid-career professionals seeking broader backgrounds in the study of the causes of human behavior.
