Faculty and Staff Online Resources Registration Tutorial

  • Step 1

    Click the photos in order for directions on how to register for website access. There are 6 slides with directions and a photo on each one to showing you step-by-step.

    Step 1: Click on the "Resources" link located in the middle of the "Faculty and Staff" page

  • Step 2

    Step 2: Click on Register 

  • Step 3

    Step 3:  Fill out the registration form. Be sure to use your TU Faculty & Staff email address in the Email box. If you choose, you may use your TU username and password combination in the appropriate boxes. When you've completed the form, click "register". The website will automatically send you a confirmation email.

  • Step 4

    Retrieve the email sent by and click the link in the message. If you do not complete this step your account will remain in limbo: you will not be able to log-in and the administrator will not be able to access your account.

  • Step 5

    Once you click the confimation link in the email, the administrator will manually configure your account. This will take up to 1 work day.

    When your account has been configured, the administrator will send you another email telling you "you have been authorized". If you have any questions regarding your login or have locked your account please contact the Webmaster for Thomas University.

  • Step 6

    Now you can log-in to the website to access the private Faculty & Staff area. Use the Faculty and Staff tab and click Resources for login access. Enter the username and password you chose for your website account.
