Published article:  Daly, D. (Ph.D.), Patrick, P., “Juvenile Boot Camps: Should They Get The Boot?” 1995.
2007  - Lead Writer on a proposal for delinquency prevention services for $32 million which was funded by the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice for 3 years with a 3 year renewal. 
2005  - Principal Investigator for a $1.9 million federal grant to serve Unaccompanied Alien Children through the Department of Homeland Security, Office of Refugee Resettlement. The services are provided by the Center for Family and Child Enrichment in Miami, Florida.
2003  - Lead Writer on a grant funded by United Way for adolescent residential services.
