Applying for Housing

Your first step in making Thomas University your home away from home! Living on campus is a great way to have fun, meet new friends and get involved with activities and organizations, while still maintaining an academic focus.

All  First-year students completing their applications by July 1, will receive priority placement. Apply for Housing today to secure your priority placement.

Simply follow these five steps and get set to live in one of our vibrant and highly diverse student communities. Housing and  Residence Life strives to provide something for everyone!

Step 1:  Review your choices.  All of our residential communities are just minutes from campus, the Hawks Nest, Campus Connection Center, the Library, Student Life Building and Athletics facilities.

Step 2:  Read the Housing Policies in Appendix A of the Student Handbook.

Step 3:  Make a Payment online -OR- mail a check or money order (including your student identification number) for your $300 Room Reservation Fee to:

Please remember that your application will not be processed until the Room Reservation Fee has been received, so the sooner you send it the better!  Also, please be sure to write your student identification number on the check or money order so we can make sure to apply the fee to the right student's application! 

Step 5:  Rooming assignment and roommate contact information will be emailed to your student email account.

Returning Students

Returning students who wish to return to housing for another year should reapply each academic year and a Room Reservation Fee must be submitted per academic year.
