decision makers with business skills and insight. Managing people —
gaining support and cooperation — requires talent and knowledge of
organization and motivation theories.
Effective use of funds and
other resources requires creativity and a foundation in accounting and
financial methods. Successful marketing of products, people and yourself
requires imagination and the understanding of research methods, human
characteristics and attitudes.
This degree will prepare you for a
career in today's fast-moving business environment. As part of your
education, you will work through many of the ethical challenges now
confronting business.
