Commencement Ceremony Tickets and Graduation Survey

We hope that you will share your graduation with your family and friends.  Each graduating student may receive TWO tickets to graduation.  Our reserved seating is limited, so a ticket is required. In order to receive your tickets, you must fill out a Graduating Student Survey.  You will receive, via email, a unique code that unlocks the survey for you on April 15th, and you will receive a unique confirmation when the survey is completed.  You must bring your confirmation to the Registrar's Office (located in the Student Services building) in order to receive your tickets. If you are a distance student or unable to come to campus to pick up your tickets, please forward your confirmation to the Office of the Registrar, and your tickets will be available for pickup at Friday's rehearsal or on Saturday morning at the Will Call table.

Tickets will not be distributed without verification that you have completed the survey.  No tickets will be mailed.

Don't forget to arrive on campus by 7:30am Saturday! Please note that tickets for commencement (Saturday @ 8:30am!) may be picked up in the Office of the Registrar after you have completed the graduation survey. Bring your survey confirmation with you!

If you are not on campus the week of Commencement, you may pick up tickets the day of rehearsal or the morning of the ceremony we will not give away your tickets.

We do not have extra tickets. If you are seeking additional tickets, please contact your classmates for unused tickets.

Please note that additional guests may attend the outdoor ceremony if they bring their own chair and sit outside of the reserved ticketed section in the Historic Quad.  In the event of inclement weather, the ceremony will be moved to the West Campus Gym, where there is limited seating and only guests with a ticket will be able to attend.  Regardless of where the ceremony is held, it will be livestreamed on the web and recorded for viewing by family members and friends who are not able to attend .  The link for the livestream and recording will be posted on the Commencement Information page by May.

If you do not receive the survey on April 15th, please contact surveys@thomasu.edu.
