ProctorU is a company Thomas University contracts with to take student examinations.
To use ProctorU, you will need a computer with a webcam, microphone, a quiet space, and identification (example: driver’s license).
You will need to schedule your exam within the allotted time provided by your professor to avoid paying a fee for scheduling late.

Can I take a ProctorU test in the library?
- The library’s two computer labs are designed to accommodate multiple users in an open environment. This setup does not conform to certain requirements established by ProctorU. It is the student’s responsibility to locate appropriate accommodations for test taking.
Blackboard crashed in the middle of my test, can you reset my test?
- The TU Help Desk is unable to reset tests. Contact your professor.
