To ensure that we serve you efficiently, please review the following contact instructions for online learning support.

STUDENT related Blackboard login issues

Please submit a service request ticket http://kayako.thomasu.edu/  or click here to review Blackboard support information.

  • No login is required to submit a help ticket
  • Select the “Student Technology Helpdesk” department

 

NEW STUDENTS will not be able to access Blackboard until up to 3 hours after registering for classes. At the beginning of each term, classes may not appear in Blackboard until the official first day of class.
