· Monday through Thursday 8 am to 9 pm
· Friday 8 am to 5 pm
· Saturday 10 am to 2 pm
· Sunday 4 pm to 9 pm
Calls and emails will be returned within 75 minutes during Help Desk open hours. During "off-peak" hours, calls/emails will be queued.
