Office of Disability Services
The Student Disability Support Services office serves as Thomas University’s entry-point into advocacy for students with disabilities. We work with faculty and staff to provide accommodations for the unique needs of students both in and out of the classroom. By providing support services at no cost to students with disabilities, TU offers an opportunity for students to achieve their academic and personal goals.
Students can receive various accommodations based upon their needs. For example, all course materials can be made available in alternative formats such as Braille, large print, and audio.
To obtain information about reasonable accommodations, students with disabilities should complete the Request for Services and Accommodations document no later than TWO WEEKS prior to the start of the semester you intend to attend classes. Students with disabilities should contact Pauline Patrick, Director of Disabilities Services at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Thomas University is committed to ensuring all qualified students have access to quality education and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, creed, gender, age, national origin, sexual orientation, or disability.
The Office of Disability Support Services is located in Smith Bonvillian Hall, Room C201.
