Transcript requests are processed within 2-3 business days of a complete request. Transcripts will not be issued if the fee is not paid, or If outstanding personal or financial obligations to the university have not been cleared. Rush delivery is available, for an additional fee, for same day mail-out.
Transcript delivery methods include regular mail, pick-up in person (photo ID is required), and electronic delivery. Electronic delivery is the fastest and most reliable delivery method.
Electronic transcript delivery is a new Thomas University service offered via eSCRIP-SAFE. Transcripts to institutions that are participating in the eSCRIP-SAFE network will be delivered electronically. To see a list of institutions that we can send electronic transcripts to, view the eSCRIP-SAFE network membership list. If the institution is not on this list or if you would like your transcript sent to an individual, please provide the name and email address of the recipient and we will deliver it electronically through eSCRIP-SAFE's out of network service.
To request a transcript, you must complete the Transcript Request Form. It must be physically signed and returned to the Office of the Registrar. We do not accept phone or email requests. The form can be returned via mail, fax (229.227.6888), or a scanned email attachment (firstname.lastname@example.org).
Charges for Transcript Services
Academic Transcripts: $5 per transcript
Rush Transcript Service Fee: $10 per transcript
FedEx Transcript Service Fee: $20 (subject to increase as deemed by FedEx)
Payments may be made over the phone by calling (229)226-1621 Ext. 1037, by visiting the pay my bill website: here or by mailing in a money order. We no longer accept checks.
