Disability Services

SSS works in conjunction with Thomas University’s Disability Services Office to provide students with academic accommodations to reduce barriers to success. In order to receive academic accommodations from SSS, a student must first be registered with the Disability Services Office and have documentation of his/her disability on file. In addition, to receive accommodations from SSS, a student must give SSS professional personnel permission to verify that documentation of his/her disability is on file in the Disability Services Office. The specifics of a student’s disability is confidential and will not be shared with SSS professional staff without signed consent from the student. The original consent form will be on file in the Disability Services Office and a copy will be on file in Student Support Services.
