"Fitness" means different things to different people. Getting started with activity is the first step to a healthier you. Before starting any physical activity program you should make sure that you have seen your doctor and that the activities that you choose are right for you.

Below are resouces to help get you to a healthier "You!"

-see how fitness savvy you are with this quiz from the American Heart Association

PALA+ Challenge (PlayStation, Wii, XBox Kinect, etc.)
-sign up to compete against others or in groups through interactive activity software/game console or log your activity and receive a signed certificate
