TU Rotaract Club donates to Halcyon Home

During spring semester, the Thomas University Rotaract Club partnered with the Halcyon Home to collect supplies to aid in Halcyon’s mission to support and rehabilitate men, women and their families who are fleeing mentally and physically abusive relationships. In all, TU Rotaract was able to raise $522 and 404 care items for Halcyon Home. George Stanley, TU Rotaract President, presented the care items on May 10. Participating in the check presentation on June 6 are (from left) Stanley; Sherri Haskins, Outreach Coordinator, Halcyon Home; Deborah Murray, Executive Director, Halcyon Home; Tara Hagan, TU Director of Library Services and TU Rotaract Sponsor; Morgan Bailey, Commercial Banker with Synovus Thomasville and Rotary Liaison to TU Rotaract.
