TU students inducted into Alpha Sigma Lambda honor society

On Monday, April 9, a group of Thomas University students were inducted into the Phi Lambda Chapter of Alpha Sigma Lambda during a ceremony held inside Balfour Chapel on TU’s Forbes Campus. Alpha Sigma Lamda is an honor society for non-traditional students who have earned at least a 3.2 GPA after taking at least 24 undergraduate semester hours at TU. Inductees include (front row from left) Niykeal Westberry of Tallahassee, Jodi Wilson of Thomasville, Daniel Cammarata of Tallahassee, Kathryn Travis of Tallahassee, Orlando Davis of Thomasville; (back row) Talisa Smith-Dorvelus of Tallahassee, Andrew Hamner of Pavo, Casey Usery of Cairo, Ronda Arline of Donalsonville and Shayla Austin of Hazelhurst. The faculty adviser for Alpha Sigma Lambda is Jen Silva. Inductees not pictured include Amber Anderson, Melbah Andrews, Dartha Braswell, Tonya Brown, Mary Dawson, Kristen Hawn, Randy Hicks, Maimouna Hughes, Amanda Hurst, Dawn Jackson, Val Lester, Marcus Nix and Latoya Sims.
