Small joins TU as Annual Fund Coordinator

Adrianna Small of Valdosta, formerly of Willacoochee, Georgia, joined Thomas University’s Office of Institutional Advancement on Monday as the Annual Fund Coordinator.

“We’re delighted to have Adrianna join our team,” Grady Enlow, TU’s Vice President for Institutional Advancement, said. “Her enthusiasm and experience made her a great addition. We believe that she’ll be a wonderful Annual Fund Coordinator.”

In this role, Small works closely with the Vice President for Institutional Advancement and the Director of Development and is responsible for coordinating raising unrestricted funds for TU’s operations, scholarships and other purposes as needed.

“I am very excited to be working with such an amazing team in the Institutional Advancement Office,” Small said. “I look forward to raising money so that TU can continue to transform the lives of our students.”

Small graduated Magna Cum Laude from Valdosta State University in December 2016 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Communication. While at VSU, she played an active role in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc., serving as vice president; Order of Omega Honors Society, serving as president; and the Public Relations Student Society of America. Small also interned with the Valdosta-Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce, the James H. Rainwater Conference Center and the Rotary Club of Valdosta. While at VSU, she also worked as a Student Union Reservation Office Student Assistant.

A 2012 honor graduate of Atkinson County High School, Small is the daughter of Helena Whittingham, who now lives in Douglas.
