Technical Problems

If you are unable to log in to your Faculty & Staff TU Email account, have forgotten your password, or have been locked out of your Faculty & Staff TU Email, you must contact Bloughtech Support Services as follows:

Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm 229-377-8825 x 2 for the help desk.

Afterhours / Off hours emergency support 229-377-8825 x 6 for the emergency mail box. Please leave your name, number and a brief description of your issue and someone should call you back within 5 – 15 minutes. Please only call when you have a true emergency.
